Any paper file received will be scanned, whereafter you will receive the file back whilst we use the electronic file created by us to complete your instructions. We kindly urge you to allow us to offer you this cost-saving service and thereby taking your firm into the electronic era with us. Paper filing is old fashioned and not eco-friendly. All over the world people are utilising electronic filing to create a virtual office space which enables them to travel and continue working. Imagine an office without the boundries of walls.

Depending on your case management systems currently in place, we can offer you either the “Electronic File” or the “Paper File” system.

You may instruct us by completing the simple instruction form, where after your Paper File will be collected within 30 minutes of receiving your virtual instructions.

Electronic File – The future of legal costs lies in the successful use of the Internet and electronic filing. We have managed to create a platform for a sustainable Internet service which will revolutionize the industry and propel us to even greater heights in leading the industry. We can either scan your documents at our office and host a web based service for you to access at your leisure or we can tap into your Case Management System through a Virtual Private Network. We would use all the information contained in the Electronic File to complete your instructions.

Paper File - The traditional Paper File will be around for many years to come and therefore we also offer the old fashioned way of drafting bills of costs. After receipt of your file and instructions, we will continue to finalise same. Your file would then be retained for future use (taxation or settlement negotiations) or returned to your offices at your request.

Whichever type of drafting method you choose, you will receive a copy of the bill of costs by e-mail or by hand delivery.

We will attend to all settlement negotiations and taxations even if we did not draft the bill ourselves.

To enable us to be the market leader, we understand that the turnaround time of your instructions is vital to the success of our future business relationship with yourselves. Due to the nature of our industry and sporadic instructions from firms, it is obviously not always possible to keep within a proclaimed time scale. However, all urgent work will be dealt with, within your specified time limit – be it a day or two.
